I make all Speedwell's soaps myself by hand here in Cranleigh (a village on the Surrey/West Sussex border).  They're vegan, palm oil and preservative free and cruelty free.  I only scent the soaps with essential oils and only colour them using botanical plants (many grown by me in my garden or at my allotment!) or lovely, natural clays.

The added bonus of course are the beautiful moulds that I use.  I often think - why have soap when you can have soap that's also beautiful to look at?  At the end of the day, it's still soap though, so do use it; you can always order more!

I make the soaps in small batches using the cold process method.  You can buy one bar, or choose a variety of different soaps and also you can build a gift box.  Generally, if ordering more than one bar, I'll provide a variety of moulds for you.

I'm happy to make custom batches, but please be aware that soap needs to cure (dry out) for four to six weeks, so do bear this in mind and allow about five weeks from the date of your order.
