Secure Ordering and Payment Options
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card or Paypal on a secure server using encryption. Paypal payments are subject to Paypal’s terms and conditions.
Buyers are responsible for any taxes which may apply as I cannot be held responsible for delays etc.

Packaging and Postage

Each order is hand-made with care and attention. Jewellery items are then packaged in my own hand-made felt pouches.

Everything up to the value of £60.00 is sent by first class post but items over that amount will be sent by special delivery, meaning that you will need to sign to say that you've received it. I cannot be held responsible for items which cannot be delivered because nobody is at home.
Commissions

If you require something special that isn’t listed on my website please get in touch via info@sharonduggan.co.uk and I’ll do my best to create what you've asked for (please bear in mind though that some plants work better than others plus, with resin jewellery, using flowers from my garden, some don’t keep well out of season).​

Returns and Refunds policy

If there's a problem with your item, please get in touch as soon as possible within a week of receipt and then return the item in its original packaging within two weeks of receipt.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs and please enclose any paperwork.

It's a good idea to return via a tracking service as I cannot be held responsible for items that go missing during transit.
Also, if the item is not returned in its original condition, then the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.

Hallmarking
​
If your jewellery weighs less than 7.78g then it does not legally need to be hallmarked but I work entirely with fine silver (which is 9.99% solid silver) and use sterling silver chains (9.25% solid silver).
